Problems Faced by Fans at KBS Immortal Songs Concert
Fans who attended the KBS Immortal Songs concert reported that ATEEZ only performed one song during the sound check activity. They faced technical issues throughout the live concert, with problems with screen projection and issues with stage set-ups, and sound. Another issue was related to timing, though the live concert was scheduled to conclude at 11 PM, but unnecessary wastage of time delayed the concert till 11:44 PM. By that time, ATEEZ’s performance was yet to be completed, and there were no signs of PSY.

At the end, PSY concluded the KBS Immortal Songs live concert at 11:40 PM. After all these mishaps, management added the send-offs to the P1 VIP benefits. The send-offs occur at the main stage, creating a safety concern for the idols and the people attending the concert. Normally, the send-offs are supposed to be in a smaller area to help fans get a glimpse of their favourite K-pop idol.
