SEVENTEEN Woozi and Officer Mutual Agreement
SEVENTEEN Woozi later helped the officer by connecting to a well-known ballad singer who then performed at his wedding without receiving any payment. Though, military official at the Armored Training Center stated that the request was not coercive and Woozi and the officer mutually agreed without any involuntary acts from either side. However, the hierarchy in the military is quite rigid, and denying a request may not be an option for the people placed at lower levels to the seniors.

Following, K-netizens think that a high authority person making such a request to a recently enlisted trainee is nothing but problematic at the very core. because it is difficult to put down such requests even if they are framed informally. To add more context, here is the statement by the Army Training Center official, “After reviewing the situation, it was determined that this was not the result of an improper order, but rather something done at Woozi’s personal discretion as a favor. There was no illegal act or violation of regulations.”
